Studio très silencieux près du centre de Paris, du canal
d'Amélie Poulin et de l'hôtel du Nord
avec Arletty sa promenade et ses écluses et à un quart d'heure
du centre de Paris Beaubourg.
Un parc charmant (Buttes Chaumont), la place Villemin est situé en bas
de la rue. Le voisinage possède beaucoup de magasins et de restaurants,
tous les équipements peuvent être trouvés au coin de la
rue. Ce studio est situé au 2ème étage d'un immeuble 19ème
siècle. Il fait face à une petite cour arborée.

Place du Colonel Fabien, and near Republique, this calm studio apartment is
close to Le Canal Saint Martin and Republique just a few steps away from the
famous canal St Martin with its promenade, it's a quater from the center of
Beaubourg Paris.
A charming park, the square Villemin is located down the street. The neighborhood gathers many shops and restaurants, all the facilities can be found at the corner of the street.
This 25-m2 studio apartment is situated on the 2nd floor of a 19th century walk up building. It faces a little courtyard (eastern exposure), has double glazed windows with no shutters but curtains and parquet floor. The entry door opens on the main room, which is furnished with a sofa bed (160 wide), a small dining table with matching chairs, a desk, shelves. There are 2 windows in the living room. There is a phone, a television, as well as a stereo.
.The open kitchen is tiled, has a bar, and is equipped with a mini electric oven, a small fridge, 2 vitroceramic burners, a stainless steel sink and a washing machine.
The bathroom has a small bathtub with a handled showerhead, a washbasin surmounted by a mirror and the toilet.
The nearest metro station is Colonel Fabien (line 2).
