Place du Colonel Fabien, and near Republique, this calm studio apartment is close to Le Canal Saint Martin and Republique just a few steps away from the famous canal St Martin with its promenade, it's a quater from the center of Beaubourg Paris.

A charming park, the square Villemin is located down the street. The neighborhood gathers many shops and restaurants, all the facilities can be found at the corner of the street.
